Alle Bestellungen werden von meiner Mitarbeiterin Anja liebevoll und mit größter Sorgfalt verpackt, damit Ihre bestellten Produkte unbeschädigt bei Ihnen zuhause ankommen.
Sollte dennoch etwas beschädigt bei Ihnen ankommen, würde ich Sie bitten sofort ein Foto von der beschädigten Ware und vom Verpackungsmaterial zu machen. Da für eine Reklamation oder einen Umtausch ein Schadensprotokoll seitens des Empfängers bei dem jeweiligen Versandanbieter notwendig ist, würde ich Sie bitten, sofort mit diesem in Kontakt zu treten.

Regarding the case of a damage in transport the customer is informed that according to the terms of business by the Austrian Post Service a report in writing including photos showing the specific damage and packaging within 1 day after the receipt of the shipment is required for claiming compensation. In case of compensation to frauklarer by the Austrian Post Service a replacement delivery by frauklarer will be dispatched.
